Featuring twin electric motors, with simple input from your thumb the Vortex effortlessly powers ahead at. Customize your Vortex with deck color choices, rod holders, a water proof stereo, bimini top and more.
Like all of Go-Float’s electric boats, the vortex is built by expert marine craftsmen using top quality interior marine vinyls, easy drain upholstery foams and industrial adhesives. The Vortex is constructed with the latest in fiberglass technology to ensure optimum performance and an elegant appearance.
Like all of Go-Float’s electric boats the Vortex incorporates our stainless steel BeachBuddy to protect the motor, provide a stand for vertical storage and allow the use of an optional wheel kit for easy transportation. Identical to Go-Float’s additional electric boat models the Vortex is easy to operate with steering and throttle control in one hand. With an on/off button located in the steering arm, five forward speeds and two reverse speeds, and excellent maneuverability the Vortex is easy to captain for all ages.
Rated for a maximum rider weight of 750 pounds, the Vortex’s power system consists of dual permanent magnet brushed DC motors powered by a 12 volt sealed lead acid battery pack. The battery compartment holds two batteries that can be changed in and out in a matter of seconds for storage or replacement.
