Go-Float | Returns & Replacement Policy

You may return any new items purchased from Go-Float’s online store within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Items being returned must be in new and unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Costs of return and exchange shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Used items and “special orders” will not be accepted for a return or exchange. To return an order, please call Go-Float at 952-955-9500 and speak with Customer Service to receive a return authorization number.

Please write the return authorization on the outside of the package being returned. You may then send the package back; upon arrival we will take care of the refund and update your online account to verify the return. Credit for the refund will be given through the original form of payment.

If you are seeking to exchange the item for a different one, please go through the steps for a return and place a new order for the other item through our online shopping cart.

If merchandise is received with damage due to shipping, refuse the shipment upon delivery (if possible) and notify us immediately. If it is not possible to refuse delivery, be sure to hold onto the original packaging for claims evidence. In the case of a shipping error or the shipment of a defective product, we will cover any return shipping costs.
